City of Twin Falls Utility Billing Auto Pay Enrollment / Change Form

  • Use this form to create a new enrollment in AutoPay, update checking account information on an existing enrollment, or cancel an existing enrollment.

  • When you enroll in AutoPay, your monthly City of Twin Falls utility bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

    The payment will be deducted on the due date printed on your bill.  For final bills on closed accounts, the deduction may be earlier.

  • You may enroll multiple Utility Services accounts in AutoPay with one form submission, if you'd like all payments drafted from the same checking account.  Please submit additional enrollment forms if you would like to use different checking accounts for multiple Utility Services accounts.

    When you are enrolled in AutoPay, "AutoPay" will appear on your monthly bill in the "Amount Paid" box.

    When you receive your next bill, if you are unsure if you are enrolled in AutoPay, please call Utility Billing at (208) 735-7249 or (208) 735-7250.  

  • Please review your information carefully .  Once you select "Submit", your form cannot be changed.

  • Date will be captured on form submission
